Author School Visits: Bringing National Parks and Wildlife Stories to Students

There is nothing quite like walking into a school multipurpose room filled with students and feeling that quiet hum of anticipation before a story begins. School visits are one of the true joys of this work.

The best part is always the questions. Children notice everything. Stories open the door to curiosity, science, and a sense of care for the natural world.

Thank you to the teachers and librarians who welcome authors into their schools and make space for books, learning, and wonder.
